Terms of sale

These terms cover orders placed with either PRIZMA branch. They are written plainly on purpose — if anything here is unclear, message us before you order and we will explain it.
Where we sell
We accept Philippine orders only.
How to order
This website does not take orders. There is no cart and no checkout on it. Call the branch you would collect from — Parañaque or Davao, on the number beside its address — and place the order with them, or message customer support and we will pass it on. We don’t ship yet: every order is picked up in person at the branch it was placed with.
Payment
Two ways, whichever suits you:
- Pay at the branch. Pay when you collect — cash or bank transfer on the day.
- Bank transfer in advance. The branch sends you the bank details and the exact amount, you transfer and send back the proof of payment, and they have the order ready for you.
Nothing is ever charged by this website, and no card details are taken anywhere — we do not accept cards.
Collection
How long a branch sets something aside for you is agreed with that branch when you order. Ask, and they will tell you. Nothing is charged for holding stock, and if you do not collect, it goes back on sale and you are free to order again.
Prices
Prices are quoted, not published. Nothing on this website carries a price. Ask a branch or message us with what you want and how many, and you will have a figure before you commit to anything. All prices are in Philippine pesos, and a quote holds for as long as the branch says it does.
Courts and clubs are priced on volume, the way they always have been — the more you go through, the better the per-ball figure.
Availability
Stock is held per branch rather than pooled, and this website does not publish stock levels — the branch can see its own shelf and will tell you what is on it when you call. If Parañaque is short of something Davao has, say so and we will sort it between us.
