Returns and exchanges
Last updated 20 August 2026.
If something is wrong with what you collected, we will put it right. This page explains how, and where the line sits between a fault and normal wear.
The short version
Seven days from collection. Exchange first, refund if we cannot replace it. Bring the item back to the branch you collected from, with its box and packaging.
What is covered
Manufacturing faults — the things that are our doing, not yours:
- A paddle that arrives delaminating, cracked or with a face or handle defect
- A ball that is out of round, badly moulded, or splits on first use
- The wrong item, or a color you did not order
- A short count in a sealed box
What is not covered
- Drop damage and impact cracks. A paddle dropped on concrete or struck against a post is not a manufacturing fault.
- Grip wear. Grips are a wear part and wear out with use.
- Balls that crack with play. Every outdoor ball eventually cracks — that is what the 5,000-hit rating is about. A ball that fails early is a fault; a ball that fails after months of play has done its job.
- Items returned without their box and packaging.
Balls are judged differently from paddles, deliberately. A cracked ball after heavy play is wear, not a defect. If a batch fails early or unevenly, tell us — that is a fault and we want to know about it.
How to start a return
Message or call us first so we can sort it before you travel: +63 976 244 99 88 or hello@prizmaph.com. Tell us what you bought, when you collected it, and what went wrong — a photo helps. We will tell you whether to bring it in, and to which branch.
Bulk and court orders
If you standardised on our balls and a batch is not performing, talk to us rather than working through this page. Court accounts are handled case by case and we would rather fix the batch than process a return.
Your rights under Philippine law
Nothing here reduces your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394). Faulty goods carry an implied warranty regardless of what any shop policy says, and this policy sits on top of that rather than in place of it.
