How do I buy?
Order on this site and collect at either branch, or message us on Facebook and we'll sort it out in chat. Outside Metro Manila or Davao? Find us on Shopee and Lazada.
Do you ship?
Not yet. Every order is collected in store, at Parañaque or Davao — which is one reason the gear costs what it does: there's no courier fee hiding in the price. Courier delivery is planned for a later phase.
Where are you, and when are you open?
Parañaque: 8414-A Dr. A. Santos Ave., Brgy. BF Homes 2. Davao: Door 4, Carlos II Building, Quimpo Boulevard, Matina. Both open Monday to Saturday, 8am–5pm. Walk in — no appointment needed.
How do I pay?
Two ways. Pay at the branch when you collect — we hold your order for 72 hours. Or bank transfer: send the exact amount with your order number as the reference, then upload the receipt on your order page. A person matches it against the account and confirms your order — usually the same day, always within shop hours.
What's the difference between indoor and outdoor pickleballs?
Outdoor balls have more, smaller holes and weigh more, so they hold their line in wind. Indoor balls are lighter with fewer holes. Using an indoor ball outside is why your shots keep sailing. The PRIZMA Ray is built to the outdoor spec: 40 CNC-drilled holes, 26g, 74mm.
How long does a pickleball last?
The Ray is tested past 5,000 hits — the difference between buying balls every few weeks and buying them every few months. A ball is done when it cracks or the bounce goes dead.
Loose balls or the Box of 3?
Loose fills the bag — the same ball, by the piece. The Box of 3 is a printed box with a hang tab: protected, giftable, ready for a shelf.
Is the Spektra a beginner paddle?
It's a proper paddle that beginners can buy. A 16mm core for control, a carbon face, pressed as one piece so there's no seam to soften across a season — and priced so you don't have to earn it first. Most brands sell new players a starter set and save the real gear for later. We think that's backwards.
Do you do volume pricing for courts and clubs?
Yes — quoted, not published. Tell us how many courts you run, roughly how many balls you go through in a month, and which branch you would collect from. The first reply, within two business days, has your cost-per-session arithmetic in it, not a price list. Message us about volume.
Can I try the gear before buying?
A portable pad and net is coming to both branches, so you'll be able to hit with the paddle and the ball before deciding. Until then, walk in during store hours and see everything in person.
